PROPRIETOR’S BACKGROUND
What I have learned through my education in US and work history is the necessity of maintaining healthy relationships. My past employment has involved the theater arts, music, and food. Those approaches to life have instilled within me the importance of teamwork and high end customer service. My experience has provided me with the necessary skills to flourish in any environment.
Tsuyoshi “Go” Natori will be the executive chef and owner for Izakaya High spirits which is a new establishment in the upcoming area of Kodachi, kawaguchiko, yamanashi.

I have worked in restaurants since I was teen, dishwashing, prepping, cooking, serving and managing. I have had over 15 year experience in hospitality and food industry, gaining experience and skills in roles such as restaurant management, Japanese cooking, and various roles within customer service.

BUSINESS PROFILE
Izakaya High Spirits is a small sized Japanese restaurant that seats 6people at the counters and 12 people in the dining area, including traditional and innovative style of tapas.

Our kitchen teams have a large repertoire of ethnic recipes and ingredients. We provide the customers with a diverse and unusual menu that is healthy and sustainable.
We will be located in the booming, and rapidly expanding borough of Kodachi, Fujikawaguchiko, Yamanashi
